For in-stock items, please allow 2–14 business days for delivery depending on your location. For items made to order, which includes much of our collection, the typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. For a more tailored estimate, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We offer flat rate shipping of $20 per item within Australia for all homewares, shipped via Australia Post.
For furniture or oversized items, delivery is calculated separately. After you place your order, we’ll provide a delivery quote based on your location and item size.
Pick-up is also available from our Brisbane studio by appointment. -
When you place a pre-order, you're securing a piece made specifically for you. We don’t keep large quantities in stock, so each order is made with intention.
Estimated delivery timelines are listed on the individual product pages. Full payment is required at the time of order. Please note that pre-orders are final and cannot be refunded. While uncommon, delays may happen and are not eligible for refunds.

As a small studio, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage mindful purchasing and are happy to answer any questions prior to ordering.

Each piece is made in small runs and by hand, meaning slight variations are part of its character and uniqueness.
We inspect every item carefully before dispatch to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
To assist with your claim, we’ll need a description of the issue, images of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label.
If the issue is cosmetic and not structural, it may be considered a natural part of the item’s handmade quality and not eligible for return.
